With the careful consultation of our Board-Certified Entomologist, Mosquito Seekers has developed a specially formulated blend of insecticide to get rid of your mosquitoes, ticks, and gnats in the safest way. Mosquito Seekers uses a synthetic pyrethroid designed to mimic the naturally occurring pyrethrin derived from the Chrysanthemum flower. The treatment kills flying insects, mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, gnats, etc., It also has a residual effect which last up to three weeks. Although the synthetic pyrethroids Mosquito Seekers uses are tough on insects, it is very gentle on people and pets and doesn't harm bushes or foliage. We also offer a completely organic treatment, which we have seen limited success with. It is a product that includes Rosemary Oil, Geraniol, and Peppermint Oil. It does not have a residual effect like the pesticide and lasts at best two weeks.

We recommend our Pyrethroid treatment, but also offer the organic treatment at our customer’s request. We also specialize in other outdoor pest problems.

All products Mosquito Seekers use are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to be safe for adults, children, pets, and the environment. The product labels on the Pyrethrin require people and pets to stay out of the treated area during treatment and for the following thirty minutes until the formulation is dry.
